Sited on the Gulf of Mezzaluna, the hotel is the ideal place for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, surrounded by unspoilt nature. The building itself is a carefully restored and restructured military baracks in local stone. Today the hotel is immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, and there is also a nearby Aleppo pinewood. Thanks to its wonderful setting it can offer guests a totally relaxing holiday in peace and quiet. The hotel is comfortably furnished, is suitable for guests of all ages and ideal for a family holiday.

Food & Beverage

The hotel restaurant serves traditional dishes, and the menu is a mixture of the best local cuisine from Carlo Forte and Sardinian and Italian dishes. The authentic taste of these local specialities is enhanced by combining them with the appropriate locally produced wines from the island. The fully air-conditioned restaurant can seat 120 guests in comfort in all seasons of the year.
